I love this chocolate sauce when it poured onto pancake or ice cream
INGREDIENTS:
• 175 ml Water
• 200 g Sugar
• 58 g Cocoa Powder
• 55 g Dark cooking chocolate, chopped
DIRECTIONS:
- In a medium saucepan, bring the water and sugar to a boil and sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat.
- Add in the cocoa and cooking chocolate. Whisk together. Cool to room temperature. Put it in a bottle.
- Store in a refrigerator
